Birth Doula Support in Warwickshire

Congratulations on your pregnancy.

I love that you’re seeking an additional layer of support to walk alongside you as you prepare for motherhood.

Pregnancy can feel both incredible and overwhelming. Perhaps you’re choosing to birth within the NHS and finding yourself on a conveyor belt of appointments. Whether you’re planning to give birth on a labour ward, in a birth centre, or at home, it can sometimes feel as though decisions are being made about you – with options restricted because you happen to tick a box.

Or perhaps you’re exploring independent midwifery care and support outside of the NHS. I can support you here too. What you’re really looking for is a way of approaching birth that gives you more say in how things unfold.

Feeling informed and empowered as you move towards birth will be one of your greatest strengths. As your birth doula, I walk alongside you as you navigate the NHS system, working collaboratively with midwives and medical professionals to support you in having the best possible experience, however your birth unfolds.

I support you to understand your options and access balanced, evidence-based information, so you can make decisions that feel right for your family, based on your values and priorities. I offer continuity of care – a trusted relationship with someone who truly knows you, understands your vision, and honours your why.

I offer a free 30 minute no-obligation discovery call to see if I’m the right doula for you.

Why Mother Nurture

With my experience as a mother, and as a doula, I offer you kindness, compassion, and a wealth of knowledge from hours spent honing my skills and offerings.  I am passionate about you following your intuition, and finding the way that is right for you. My role is as your supporter, your companion, your reminder to check in with yourself.

I will provide you with that continuity of care, right from when you book me.  I will listen to you, validate your experiences and feelings, and hold space for you to feel into them.  As your doula I will signpost evidence-based research and share my experiences with you in the hope that they allow you to find what feels right for you and your family.
