Postpartum Doula Support
in Warwickshire
Perhaps you’ve found my website because you’re currently pregnant and know that you want to thrive in postpartum, not just survive. The stories you’ve heard, seen, or maybe even experienced before don’t sit right. You know you deserve more.
You want space to explore how parenting will look for your family. To navigate motherhood with your values and intuition firing. To feel confident in your decisions, even when they look different to those around you. You want your body to heal well – to be nurtured and nourished – and you understand how impactful postnatal depletion during the fourth trimester and beyond can be.
Or maybe you’re here because you’re already in motherhood. Your baby has arrived and everything feels overwhelming. You’re trying to physically and emotionally heal from birth, learn how to care for this beautiful babe, and make sense of how you are feeling – all while navigating new roles, expectations, and identities.
I’m here to help. Whether you’re preparing for postpartum during pregnancy or in the thick of those early weeks and months, my in-home postpartum support is here to hold you.
I support families holistically through postpartum across Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. This includes physical support – such as guidance with breastfeeding and infant feeding, postpartum nutrition, gentle bodywork, and breathwork – alongside practical, hands-on help that gives you space to rest and spend uninterrupted time with your baby.
I also offer emotional support through deep listening and holding a safe, non-judgemental space. It matters deeply to me that you feel heard. I validate your experience and offer gentle guidance, alongside sharing reflections where helpful, so you feel less alone as you move through matrescence and early motherhood.
I provide informational support too, sharing evidence-based postnatal guidance as well as signposting more traditional practices – so you can explore what feels right for you. As an active member of the Warwickshire perinatal and wellness community, I can also connect you with trusted local professionals where their skillset will benefit you and your baby, as well as signpost activities and support networks.
Please explore the postpartum packages below. If nothing feels quite right, I’m very happy to create a bespoke postpartum support package tailored to your needs.

Using Carrot or another fertility and family benefit?
I work with clients using Carrot and similar insurance benefits, and I’m experienced in providing the itemised letterhead statements your benefit provider requires.
Because insurance billing works differently to my standard packages, support for insurance clients is quoted on an hourly basis rather than as a named package. My rate for daytime postpartum support is £50/hour, with travel beyond my 10-mile radius charged at 55p/mile. Your quote will be bespoke to your needs and presented in a format ready for you to submit to your provider.
If you’re planning to use an insurance benefit to fund your postpartum support, I’d love to hear from you — just get in touch and we can talk through what you’re looking for.
“I would (and have already!) recommended Natalie’s care as a doula in whichever guise may suit, to anyone who wants to give themselves the space to explore what they’d like their pregnancy, birth and postpartum to look and feel like as I believe she truly helped me to achieve exactly what I had wished for in all of those aspects. She is a gift, and makes the most delicious snacks on top of everything else!”

“Natalie has been a great help since having our second baby, she’s so supportive and empathetic, she’s been happy to help with everything around the house including our toddler, making lunch etc and I’ve been so grateful for the emotional support she has provided for me well! Her visits have made a big difference and make us feel really looked after.”
